Can I cancel my NECKRITE® order?

We offer immediate cancellations so long as you contact us prior to your order being processed/shipped out.  If you contact us within a few hours, your order should be able to be canceled.

Can I return or exchange my NECKRITE®?

The window for a return/exchange is 60 days from when you receive your package.

We will accept any returns for all undamaged items within 60 days to guarantee customer expectations and ensure the satisfaction of your purchase.  No Refunds or Exchanges will be given for a broken zipper due to trying to zip an over-inflated NECKRITE® so be careful!

We're confident our products will exceed your expectations but if you want to make a return - please contact our support team at support@neckrite.com and we will respond within 24 hours to assist with the process. 

What types of Payment do you accept? - All Standard Payments.

We accept all Payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal - Discover Card users please use Paypal.

What are your shipping options?

We offer several shipping options. Please see our shipping page for more detailed information on shipping times by zone.

What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?

We'll make it up to if you in the case that it does.  If you discover a flaw or fault in the item please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving that item and we'll work it out with you. support@neckrite.com

New York, USA.  Our products are efficiently packaged by our expert handling team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition regardless of how far they go.
